How to reinstall Outline from App Store and Outline Online Store

In case you want to reinstall the app - to move it to another device or to get it back to your original one, you need to:

- Install the app from your purchase history in App Store (for iOS and App Store Mac version) - App Store > Purchased;





Or

- Download Mac trial Outline at www.outline.ws/mac and activate it using the license you purchased in Outline Online Store (Standalone Mac Outline from our website is different from Outline purchased in Mac App Store, you won't see it in your purchase history in App Store).
How to activate license for Outline.

If you don't see Outline in your App Store purchase history or you cannot download the license using the link from your purchase confirmation letter received from Outline Customer Support, please follow the steps:

1) App Store Outline version:

- There is no Outline in the purchase history.

 
I. 1. Find your iTunes invoice for the Outline purchase, check the Apple ID the app was purchased with.
   2. Login the correct Apple ID > install the app from the purchase history.
    
II. In case there is no mistake with the Apple ID and you still cannot see Outline in your purchase history > contact Outline Support at support@outline.ws to get the coupon code for Outline reinstall.

2) Online Store standalone Mac version:

If you have purchased Outline in outline.ws Online Store (in this case you have standalone version without iCloud support):

 
  1. Find your purchase confirmation letter from Outline Customer Support to get the order number;
  1. Contact us at support@outline.ws providing the order number or e-mail and name that were used for the purchase;
  1. We will reactivate the license for your purchase and you will be able to download the license again using the link from your purchase confirmation letter or the one that will be provided by Outline Support;
 
  1. Download the trial standalone version from http://outline.ws/mac, activate it using the license > How to activate license for Outline
