Shared notebook no sections

I have had no issue viewing my notebooks on my iPad until now. A co-worker emailed me a notebook saved to one drive. I can see the notebook in onedrive.. When I click to open it opens the notebook in outline, I can see the notebook, but it shows there are no sections in the notebook. I am able to see the very same notebook on my PC with no issue.. I have closed, reloaded, logged in and out, no success. Any suggestions?

Could you please send me the sync logs to support@outline.ws.
I will write to you and send the instruction on how to enable logging in your iPad Outline.
