OUTLINE Helping Hand
Apparently we don't have such feature.
But we've planned to implement a "light" theme. Currently it's been postpone for some time (as our designer wasn't satisfied with any ideas we had) so feel free to give me your suggestions, we can include them to our work. What would you make different?
Thank you for your reply. Well, as a "light" theme, I think, something like the Finder or Mail.app design will look perfectly. I was thinking about changing background of the sidebars at least, to make the app look more "natively" on Mac. Please see their UI guidelines:
Has there been any progress on the "light" theme design? This would be very useful.
I enjoy the dark theme, but selecting between pages on the sidebar is not intuitive for an end user.
The active page tab in sidebar turns to a gray with white font, where the inactive page tab in sidebar is light gray with dark font. In my opinion this should be reversed. On any dark theme, the active tab should be a bright color so it stands out, not a dark color. The active tab should be light, and inactive tabs should be dark.
Please provide an update to the light theme progress as this is a frustrating issue which seems to be a simple fix. Or, maybe deploy a simple update to existing dark theme to reverse the colors in the meantime?
