program freezes when computer goes to sleep

Just started working with outline (used circus ponies notebook before). Really like it but am frustrated by it freezing more often than not after the computer goes to sleep. I've tried playing the waiting game to see if eventually the application responds but it simply doesn't. I need to restart. I am running the version that is current as of the writing of this message. Would really like the program to be more reliable.

You ca check it in Outline > About Outline.
Could you please send me the whole number with the last digits as well?

And what Mac OS do you have?

Having this information we could try recreating your case.
If that's the bug of the software, we will fix it.

Thanks for getting back to me. Here are the details:

3.14 (39.140.600)

Mac os 10.11.6

8 gigs of RAM, in case that helps.

Hope you can fix this soon. I'm teaching a research methods course and was hoping to be able to use this software to teach the students how to organize their ideas.

And what device do you have?
MacBook Pro or iMac?

We have some crash in the current sprint that might look like yours - it's about TerminateHandler and can cause the hidden crash, that's why you need to relaunch the app.
We'll be working on this case in the nearest two weeks and the bugfix will be available in the next update.
I will write to you as soon as there are any news.

And if you catch any obvious crash, do you think you'll be able to copy the Apple Crash Report details and send to me?

Hi Alena,

Macbook unibody 2008, processor: 2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo. I've installed an SSD as well, just in case you have an doubts about other types of hiccups.

About a report, the program just now stopped responding, I restarted, got an update notice, did that, but no offer of a crash report. When and if I do get one, I will be sure to send it your way.

So if our assumption about hidden crash, that causes the app to freeze, is right, your situation will be fixed as soon as we release the next version with the bugfix for this case.
