Snap-to-grid, collapse items in outline, equations, keyboard/button to next page

Steven Sahyun Feb 05, 2017 10:57AM PST

Here are a few suggestions for features from another former Circus Ponies user. Some of these have been addressed by others:

1. Have a real zoom for text. Be able to have a 25%, 50%, 100% 150%, 200%, etc. scaleable view of the page. It is hard to read small text for some people, but don't want to have 24 pt. font for copy/paste issues.

2. Have a next and last page icon/key shortcut because when you are in full page view, you have to get out of ti to go to a different notebook page.

3. Make more keyboard friendly. Be able to tab to different fields when not entering text.

4. Allow for flippy triangles to hide/show list sub-items on a note page (like you have for the notebooks). This was a super useful feature in Circus Ponies.

5. Snap to grid feature for placement of objects/text on a page

6. Equation editor (LaTeX)

Thank you so much for the list of suggestions!

I've added your votes for zoom on a page feature, it's actually in our top requests.
So I think we will plan it for implementation rather soon.

Then we also have "editable shortcuts" and "collapsible / expandable lists and paragraphs" features in our list.
And I've included the "snap to grid" feature - we didn't have it.

What about previous / next page, there is ctrl+> and ctrl+< shortcuts to move between previously visited pages.
Do you think you can use it?
