I used the trail version and really liked it so I bought the full version on iPad 4. As soon as I tried to sync my notebooks via iTunes I got the blue screen of death. I've tried disabling autosync, restoring iPad to factory settings, etc. but now I can't even download the Outline+ without the iPad showing me a blue screen. It is extremely inconvenient and sometimes I can't even turn the iPad on without getting the blue screen, and I have lost information and time.

thanks for contacting us.
Please note that iTunes does not provide automatic sync of your files. It can be used to transfer your notebooks manually (Export FROM and Import TO Outline).
May I ask you:
1. by the blue screen do you mean the error message? If not, please send a screenshot to vleontyeva@outline.ws
2. do you need to establish automatic sync of your notebooks or do you need to transfer your notebook from Outline (free) to Outline+ (paid)?
