Sharing to Outline

Gavin Nov 28, 2015 05:31AM PST

Does anyone know where the files go when you share to Outline from an iPad? I have tried from Safari, Twitter, Notes and various others. It claims to have successfully saved the doc/file/pic to Outline, but I don't see it anywhere. Any ideas?

I have exactly the same problem.

I would really appreciate a solution.

It seems central to how to use this App.

Please check INBOX panel on the right.
Drag the right margin to the left. Are the files there?
Are you able to drag then to Outline page?

Please let me know if it works.

Thanks, but there is no 'INBOX' panel, nor a draggable margin so I'm not sure what you mean?

UPDATE - This can't work on iOS 9 - dragging the right margin opens split view - you have to switch this off, so I'm afraid the app is no good!

We will see what we can do to adopt INBOX to the Split view function.
Sorry for this inconvenience.

revealing the INBOX panel under iOS9 is hit or miss. sometimes wiping the screen with a cloth works, other times not. sometimes a stylus works, other times not. same for a finger. suggest you add an INBOX icon along the right side of the note window along with the existing 7 icons. while you are at it have a way to delete files in the INBOX without moving them to the note window.
