Sync issues with handwriting

I wonder if you can help, we use OneNote to sync with Dropbox. If I open up a One note file on my PC from dropbox, the signatures and handwriting are clearly displayed. If I open up the same file from Outline+ on the iPad, the handwriting is missing. If i select the handwriting tool and write on the section on the iPad as I start the sync the original missing text finally appears.

Please try to reload you notebook depending on where are your latest changes.

- If the most recent changes are on iPad, re-upload your entire notebook from iPad to Dropbox.
1. on iPad, long tap on the notebook's cover and choose Sharing > Local,
2. ​login to Dropbox and delete the problem notebook from there;
3. on iPad, long tap on the notebook's cover and choose Sharing > Dropbox;
4. sync the notebook.

- If the most recent changes are on Dropbox, re-open your notebook from Dropbox:
1. delete the notebook from iPad;
2. on the home screen choose Open from> Dropbox> Your notebook;
3. sync the notebook.

Please let me know if it helps and the issue is eliminated.
