How to Activate a License for Mac
Please note that these instructions apply to the version downloaded from our website. The version from the App Store cannot be activated with a license (subscription to it is arranged in the application itself).
After completing the payment, you'll automatically receive an e-mail with a download link. Click on the provided link to download your license file. Once the download has completed, perform one of the following actions, as applicable, to activate license:
Activating Outline V4 with a V3 Licence
- Double-click on the license file. It will be opened in Outline and the license will be activated.
- In Outline open Settings > Subscription, then drag and drop or browse your license file into the special area. The app will verify your license and activate the new version for the appropriate period.
This option is available only for purchases made within the past year, up until June 2023.
If your license link is not valid, please contact our support team for assistance by providing the GOR number or name and email that were used for the purchase to update.
Activating Outline V4
- Double-click on the license file. It will be opened in Outline and the license will be activated.
- In Outline open Settings > Subscription, then drag and drop or browse your license file into the special area. The app will verify your license and activate the new version for the appropriate period.
Activating Outline V3
- Open the license file. It will be opened in Outline and the license will be activated.
- In Outline open Settings > License, then drag and drop or browse your license file into the special area.
